Maybe a farm?
You need to find a private track you can hire for a few hours and trailer it there.
You can only drive it on private land, to which the public do not have access, and only with the landowner’s permission.
You can do it on private land that isn’t accessible to the public (so that’s supermarket car parks out of the question). A private road, field or big garden would be ideal.
One thing that did spring to mind; if you do find some private land, how will you get the car there?
you can drive only private land. You must take land owner’s permission to test drive on the the private land.
There is a vehicle proving ground at Leyland, which was once the test facility used for the development of Leyland trucks.
You can see the facility in this link=&q=PR26+7TZ&ie=UTF8&ei=UhwaTIyMBJj60wSt5rGNCQ&ved=0CAoQ_AU&hq=&hnear=Leyland,+Lancashire+PR26+7TZ,+United+Kingdom&ll=53.698231,-2.73212&spn=0.011001,0.027595&t=h&z=15
I believe the facility is now owned by Optare, a bus maker.
